Die hölzerne Hülle ist sehr hübsch, passt sich dem Galaxy S10+ super an, alle Anschlüsse sind gut erreichbar und sie wirkt sehr hochwertig. Die Handykette ist einfach gehalten und funktional. Vielen Dank dafür🤗Kleiner Wehrmutstropfen: Da sich der Versand etwas verzögerte, fragte ich bei dem Händler nach, ob es Probleme gäbe. Dieser antwortete schnell und freundlich und erklärte mir den Verzug - absolut nachvollziehbar und daher kein Grund für Sternabzüge. Als Tipp aus "Käuferinnensicht": Bitte zukünftig keine Entschuldigungs-Angebote machen, die nicht erfüllt werden. Die Erklärung reichte mir völlig als "Entschuldigung" aber die (ohne mein Zutun) angekündigte und nun fehlende "Wiedergutmachung" trübt nun etwas die Freude über das eigentlich doch so schöne Produkt und die nette Kommunikation. Blöd, aber nachvollziehbar oder?
